A lot of resorts and pool and water parks have increased their entrance fees this summer of 2010. Although some have managed to retain their previous rates in cottage and room rentals, many have relied only in higher fees for the entrance. Reason could be because it is hard for customers to go get other lower rates when they have already arrived. Onother is by knowing that they do not have the assurance that other resort, should these customers decide to transfer will have lower entrance rates.
A few neighbors have actually experienced this and I for one have personally been through the same situation just the other week. This month end of March, I will be looking to go to another resort in Bulacan. We will have to make sure by making a few calls first if DJ Paradise Resort entrance fee still remain the same like last year. If not, we still have the option of making a few more calls. What is important though is that we get to pay what we know would be reasonable for our budget and without getting shocked by the increase in rates of entrance fees of these resorts.
